That piece of yours, "Nintendo in the Blood"... I saw in a newspaper last year.

really? what city do you live in? as if this is true then it would be a nice thing to put in my portfolio as i apply for jobs. just the city would help... and I have your original post so I'm sure I could track it down....unless you know more specifically. city paper? date? it would help alot. cheers.

Quote by beyondmeasureHello, smilebit! Remember me?

Well, I won't comment on how great your work is - but I saw this in an newspaper article a few weeks back.

i'm working only with outline here and in little detail. think perspectively. one end is closer than the other end. the farther end, one cannot see the entire length of it, and as such the bow appears short. thank you for your comment. cheers.

f

thanks for the in depth comment. it was appreciated. to read a reason of why one thinks something about something. cheers.

f

the white....just lazy at dropping the file back into photoshop and cropping it further down. i like it...cheers.

f

thanks for the words....cheers.

f

thanks for the fav and the kind words. maybe later i'll post the other paintings. cheers.

oi....your living arrangements read as horrible as mine....i haven't cooked since i moved out of my apartment last year and it makes me sad that i only make myself sandwiches and nibble on lettuce and carrots. tear. i am as well a procrastinator and have put off the graduation from school. one more year i hope, yes, i want one more year as i haven't even put into consideration any post school jobs. i'll need the year to build up my portfolio and actually apply. scary times eh? well thanks for the constant appreciation of my work. cheers.

f

thanks for the favs. it is appreciated fully.

f

oi....thanks for the fav and words. appreciated as usual. maybe i'll upload the other paintings i did...cheers.

f

well i must say....that was a particular comment and i am to thank you very much for it. it is a rare thing for such in depth discussion of what one thinks of a piece of art, well not really in depth but more than "nice". well, the print did look nice. I've only printed it at 7x12 inches. It looks better small. I would give you a print if i could, but....

thanks and cheers.

f

yo....nice alterations. i definitely will keep some and take others into hard consideration. By the way, Toxic Way was an actual street that I lived on as a child. Odd, huh?

f

a sope, as i spell it, maybe it is sop. but it is just a word in place of chum or friend or dude or whatever slang term you want to use for a person. cheers.

f

thanks for the kind comment. odd how my colour sense worked its way into you. oh well eh? cheers.

f

well...i appreciate the comment and the honesty. it would be nice if you know the exact errors in the chinese if you could tell me which ones, like third from the top or something. if not thanks anyhows. of course....traditional art really isn't about how many colours are used and a large amount of painters have used more colours than i have. i just used them flately. cheers and thanks for the comment.

thanks, and actually it probably isn't just you not recognizing th character, but me writing it wrong. and in a work of art with written word, the written word should not be wrongly written. thanks again.

f

thank you oh-so-kindly for the highlight. cheers and i am glad you liked it.

f

hmmm....i really didn't find the colors to contrast or clash at all. they seem more to compliment each other rathern nicely. well in the pring they did. Remember...all that i do is meant for the print. I have too many prints around my house, it is sort of annoying. but cheers and thanks for the comment.

f

thanks for the fav on my recent submission. it is appreciated fully. cheers.
